Made moar progress on my Dr. Mario sprite project:

Changes
- Made Blue & Magenta brighter colored
- Added the pieces from the Dr. Mario game watch game
- Added a down arrow (idea from Tetris 2 SNES)
- Added clear out piece effects
- Added viruses (currently without animations) from mulitple Dr. Mario titles (from top to bottom: Classic + Green, Game Boy, Dr. Wario, Dr. Luigi, prototype).
- Added "colors" from a remixed challenge of Dr. Mario from NES Remix 2

More to come. Some stuff subject to change.
