Yeah that is a pretty random Sonic toy, though there's been worse.
Also, "Dudes!!" is VERY in-character for 90's Sonic.

"Shoots up to 50 feet,dudes!" is incorrect grammar,for "dudes!" should be just "dude!" for proper agreement. "Shoots" would have to be "Shoot" if the word "dudes" had to really stay.
