Posts consisting solely of a foreign language is not permitted unless it is in a Regional Section whose first language is not English. I.e . the The Dutch Thread　or the Mexico thread. Posters are permitted to post solely in a foreign language there. Posting only in a foreign language outside of that is considered spam since, in most cases, not everyone can read it and only serves the purpose of confusing/distracting/fragmenting the conversation. That is not to say that speaking in a foreign language is not permitted in threads outside the regional zones. You can use a foreign language in, let's say, this thread but really only for teaching/helping someone with that language. Therefore, 50% foreign language, 50% English is permitable if the discussion is about learning/teaching a foreign language.

I hope that clears some stuff up on that.

I have no idea what he does in the movie; however, in Mortal Kombat 9, he just drags the opponent into hell and this creates a blood geyser for some reason.
