I was reading some posts in this thread and it seems people that post gifs saying "I'm outta here!" or something along these lines get lots of likes, so...
Can't let you post that :wolf:, until you censor the f-word. Sorry.

I try not to get into that mentality. Though I think we all fall into it at some point. Otherwise, someone would end up being a bit douche-y for disliking something for the sole reason of being popular. It's best to actually watch something and make judgement for yourself. This is why I'm not one to say that Call of Duty is some abomination against the Forces That Be. I never played any of the games. And you could easily say that the hate for the series is everywhere, just like the hype.

I saw Frozen myself on TV. And honestly, it's okay. Nothing special at all. It's a stereotypical Disney Princess film in many regards. There's people that hype it up as the greatest Disney film, but I just can't see why. On the other hand, just like how the hype has been exaggerated beyond annoyance, so has the hate for the film, to some extent.

But what do I know? I'm just some jerk.
You know quite a bit. I just dislike the people not the movie. I see how the fans of such a movie act and I think to myself "Wow, I don't wanna act that way, I'm not going to watch this incase of the off chance I become such a fan." I confirmed that with Attack on Titan, I had the same feels towards it. I watched it and absolutely fan boy over it now. It's my shame.

It's the popularity complex as to why I hate it. So many people talk it up like it's some glorious perfect movie. I haven't even seen it and I don't want to if it makes me talk about it like those people do.
It's good, but too overrated.

Nah, it's cool. Again, I think most people tend to fall into not liking something due to some of the people associated with it. But it's more important to judge said thing on it's own merits. We've all got things we're insanely hyped about and can't help but fanboy/fangirl over from time to time, Sports, TV, Comics, Movies and the like. Hell, this is a site about a video game series. Just got to keep it in check is all.

That's sad. But 83 is a 'nice' age to go. He lived his life to the fullest.

I've watched it recently. It's enjoyable, like any Disney movie. I don't know if it's the best Disney movie ever made, though. But I'm not much of a movie guy in the first place, so eh.

My favourite Disney movie is WALL⋅E.

:4rob:
While it's a great movie, it's hard for me to take it seriously. When I went to see it in theaters my mother started laughing at the scene where EVE goes inactive. Everyone incredibly sad at the theater and my mother laughing hysterically.

What did she find so funny about that scene?

Frozen could've been brilliant if it didn't trip in some places. Or force in arbitrary movie cliches.

See "forcing good prince to bad prince with no set up or precursors", and... "love trolls."

Seriously, those love trolls were nothing but plot device and a wasteful song number.

You know, I never saw it myself, but from what I've heard I always thought it would be better if the main antagonist was Elsa's powers.

I'd want Platinum to make an action game for Spider-Man, or even Marvel in general. I know that some people want them to handle pretty much everything. Though I think since action games are their forte, and Marvel is a property that lends itself well to the idea, it could work. I mean, that made the Korra game pretty decent at best, and they had to rush that game.

THAT'S EXACTLY WHAT I WANTED! That would've been a great change in the Disney formula and make a more interesting third act.

But nope. Make that good prince a douche. That's what the audience wants. We gotta give the villain a name and a face.

We can't sell Disney figures of metaphorically evil ice powers!

That'd be better than Activision's own licensed games.

Well... R.I.P. Leonard Nimoy... It's weird hearing that, he's one of those guys that basically seemed immortal.

Woah, did @ #HBC | Red Ryu #HBC | Red Ryu just get demoted to regular Moderator instead of Super? :0 I didn't even think that was possible, that the only way was up, unless of course you retired.
