So I downloaded the new Roy Texture and..

When I pick the Roy Texture, his hair is missing.!
But after looking around a bit, I find out that the file I downloaded was missing the motionpac. so apprantly I need that for the hair appear, however, I only wanted the texture of Roy, I didn't want to change Marth's moveset or anything. and I believe the Motionpac will make all of Marth costumes have spiky hair, but I am not quite sure though. So yeah, help me out here

nevermind, I figured it out. I thought I had the option of just getting Roy's textures like you can do with Cloud. But you have to put in the pac file that changes the moveset. Which I would be fine with but it makes my other Marth costumes completely useless because Roy's appears over Marth's hair and it looks really really ugly!

Does it have Roy's hair? or is it that really old crappy one that has Marth's hair and looks nothing like Roy?

Sorry, but apparently its impossible to play with that Roy hair without changing Marth's moveset and changing the hair on all of his costumes.

So...how come it works with Cloud but not with Roy?

If I remember correctly, the Cloud texture is done by stretching the vertices on the already existing model. The Roy I think you're talking about gets the hair using the "sword glow event" (I don't know much about this; never really given this much thought). That's done through PSA.
