Smashfest, GR MI 6/2/07

There's pretty much a ton of grad parties throughout June. So no matter what day we have it on there are going to be people who can't make it. If the 9th works better for people I could push it back. A number of people who would play are in college so most people don't have a conflict, but anyways...

If anyone can't make the 2nd but can make the 9th put a post up.
Likewise, if someone CAN make the 2nd but CANT make the 9th, also put a post up.

True, but most of the grad parties are the weekend after we graduate which is 1st-3rd so I won't be able to make it unless I ditch my friends for smash :/

I can make the 9th though.

I'm good with both as well, however job status may change which may change my availablility.

Both weekends work for me, if anyone wants to swing by and pick up Randizzle and I, we're pretty close together.

you don't have to, they just involve you going there, and giving someone some money. Its kinda like you going to a smashfest w/ me and giving me some money. except not as fun.

grad parties are kinda pointless. you just sit there for many hours while relatives and people that you hang out with alot come and say congratulations. personally I would've been fine with not having one, but then again, relatives coming over and giving money made it worth it but seeing friends, ehhh, not so important.

though I guess I went to my friends open houses.

on second thought, don't even pay attention to what I said.

it's a tourney so I might actually go with the theory that smash > friends

I am a REALLY big fan of crew battles.

If there is a crew battle, and somebody giving me a ride, I will so attend this.

My dad's last job involved him driving 120 mi one way to work. Fortunately, until recently, the gas price in ohio was significantly lower.

its only this week, so its not so bad...but im still thinking about quitting. hahahaha! i hope i have next saturday off. who would be willing to give me a ride if i do end up going?

fallen, you need to add onto the first post or something a list of ppl who need rides, and the city they live in. That way, ppl know who needs rides, maybe what those ppl are willing to pay (for gas). or drivers can set a price for their seats... idk, transportation really needs to be worked out here, cause i haven't seen anyone on the east side who can give rides, (except maybe anther), and that is bad.
