Neutral special: Crunch. Delivers a powerful bite.
Side Special: Ancient Power. Sends fossils at the opponents.
Down Special: Dragon Claw. Strikes it’s claws at the opponents, dealing some damage.
Up Special: Head Smash. Delivers a powerful head but that doubles as a recover move. Don’t worry, this Tyrantrum has the rock head ability to prevent self damage.

Final Smash: Outrage. Tyrantrum explodes in anger and deals a tone of damage. Let’s put it at 70% damage.

B (Hyper Voice): Tyrantrum roars loudly, causing 10% damage to a foe and dealing a good amount of knockback. Like Charizard's Flamethrower, Hyper Voice can also be aimed by tilting the control stick while performing it.
Up-B (Aerial Ace): Tyrantrum lunges into the air, causing 15% damage and very little knockback, allowing the move to end a combo. The direction it goes depends on where you aim it with the control stick.
Side-B (Fire Fang): Tyrantrum bites down harshly on a foe, dealing 25% damage normally. When used in the air, Tyrantrum will lunge forwards, making it a good way to kick off a recovery. Fire Fang also acts like a peusdo-grab, letting Tyrantrum throw it's foe to either side.
Down-B (Iron Tail): Tyrantrum harshly swings it's tail in a circle, causing 20% damage to foes and dealing high knockback.

Final Smash: Prehistoric Panic. When activated, Tyrantrum will use Earthquake, which will cause any opponent on the ground to be stunned. Tyrantrum then lunges towards the nearest foe (or foes if more than one foe is caught in the same spot), where the Despot Pokemon furiously assaults them with Frustration, then slams them to the floor before leaping to the top of the screen and unleashing the powerful Hyper Beam; a large, black-and-purple beam of energy that can catch even those who weren't caught by the initial attack. Hyper Beam cannot be steered at all, but it's size alone makes that less needed than it was for Lucario's Aura Storm. Overall, the attack does 100% damage; but the Hyper Beam alone does 60, Frustration does 10 and Earthquake does 20.

I’ll do job 24 later, but I‘ll nominate an expanded Tourney mode with 1v1 and ffa options permanently available online.

This would include 2v2 and double elimination settings

Is there a limit to how much music can be added?
Either way, adding Battle: Lugia

In response to bottom: thanks.

Also adding:
Tough Guy Alert
Toad Town Theme

Job 25: Smash Tour
Players take control of Miis moving along a game board, collecting characters and power-ups to win the final match, with each fighter obtained acting as one stock.

Job 26: Lugia

Diving in this battle, Lugia would be the second legendary Pokémon playable in smash. Lugia would have moves like Areoblast, Dragon Rush, Extrasensory and Air Slash. Lugia can also use Ancient Power, Hurricane and Hydro Pump.

Lugia would also represent flying type Pokémon and Pokémon from the Johto region.

Despite Icies being cut, I’ll nominate the Special Stage part of Ice Climber levels. Polar bears and Topis appear on the map for the Wii U version. The name would be Icicle Mountain, and it would look like the NES levels graphic wise
