Can you give an example?
I'm a little confused about what it should look like.
That's the thing. This job is to set up an example for it. But the creator's own wording could be helpful for this job:
I nominate 3DS and Wii U having similar Classic Modes. Both have freedom of choice, but 3DS is more open, while Wii U is just secret routes you can unlock via a certain condition that will then allow you to do an Alternate Route that's harder, and ends in a Boss with Hades from Kid Icarus: Uprising completely destroying EVERYONE!!!!!!!!!!!! I think this would be a good way to do Classic IMO, and better than the Atrocity that for Wii U actually got.

I’ll do this for a general stance:
Like the 3DS version, I’d do three alternate paths for each battle, which vary by difficulty.
Battle Order:
1v1
Against a character who is the only one from their franchise.
2v2
Against Mario characters (includes Wario and Yoshi), and the character that you defeated earlier joins you.
1v1
Against a character from a franchise with multiple fighters excluding Mario, LoZ, or Donkey Kong.
Minigame Break 1
Giant Battle
Has a theme of LoZ or Donkey Kong, and characters from the other series will help (the number of partners decreases with difficulty).
Metal Fight
Against a character who is not fought yet.
FFA
Against any character who is not fought yet.
Minigame Break 2
Boss Fight
Against a placeholder boss for the first two difficulties and against Hades at the hardest.

Sorry I forgot about the whole thing but I would like to say that Pupp135 Pupp135 's idea for classic mode won by default but due to it not really merging with the classic path idea that JOJONumber691 had in mind, I'll agree to a compromise: Pupp135's segments are chosen but you can alternate diffenrent paths depending on the character.


No new jobs till tomorrow tho

Job 17: Submit boss stages

In Smash 4 bosses are usually stage bosses exclusively to that stage. So create a stage with a boss in mind

When placed, can fire energy beams in the direction it faces. Hitting it flips it around.

Pokemon Unova Fighter: Amoonguss hahahaha

Chandelure

Unironically one of my favorite Pokemon ever. Smash needs a ghost-type fighter at some point, and since Gengar is off limits for now, I need my spooky luminescent friend. He would play like an excellent mix of Lucario and ROB.

I initially went with Greninja, but I’ll go with Lilligant from Black and White. Despite being another Grass type, I feel that her design differs enough from the others that we have.

Unova Pokemon: Treevanant

Treevanants are protectors of all the little pokemon in their forest. I think they could be an interesting choice.

Going for Tyrantrum

A Tyrannosaurus rex Pokémon would be fun to play as, so Tyrantrum would be hype. This Pokémon would use crunch, rock smash, ancient power and dragon claw.

I could go with Excadrill, Zebstrika or Pyroar, but I feel that Tyrantrum would fit for the best

First of all, I honestly expected Greninja to get in, being my favourite Kalos Pokémon, but I’m glad Tyrantrum got in. Also I’m surprised Tyrantrum got in.

Second, I think Bowser Jrs paintbrush should be used in his moveset, like for his Smash attacks.

Can't speak for any expertise with Xenoblade.

I could be missing some reference, but Bowser Jr's Up-tilt fork attack never made sense to me. Replace with a new Up-tilt uppercut jab with a large Robotic Koopa hand similar to the Airship in NSMBU's Opening, or the arms of Mecha Bowser in Sunshine.
