Official Smash Ultimate Discussion

Almost one month has passed since release. In retrospect....

  • This is by far the best Smash ever. Like, I don't even know how they will top this.

  • Pretty freakin' good; I have a few qualms over things like internet play, balancing issues, etc.

  • It's ok, but [insert Smash game here] is better.

  • I'd rather play Parcheesi.

Um... what happened this time?
Episode 986: Smashboards gives their nuanced, carefully crafted opinions on racism and turns into a garbage fire for 20 minutes before talking about how godDAMN HOT their waifu would look in a swimsuit (again)

"You're the real racist for pointing out racism"
Haven't heard this delicious bowl of sheer stupidity in a while.

Okay, but you're the one seeing black people as apes are you not by pointing out the apparent racism, right?

Do you seriously not see your problem here?

The game has been out for weeks and a bunch of non racist people have no problem not seeing racism here, but here come along apparent do gooders who see racism because they themselves saw black fictional characters tied to apes and put two and two together.

How can you NOT see the problem?

Also you'd probably get your points and come across as someone with actual passion that could be respected if you didn't have to be so damn negative in the way you speak to people about your apparent mission to make the world a better place all the time.

Mr. Sandman is DK?

Both have monstrous punch strength and durability.

Dee Jay is Diddy Kong?

Both have an acrobatic fighting style.

Not racist at all. Anyone who looks at them and goes

and claims racism is the actual racist.

THANK YOU.

This is so not a ''I'm doing good!" situation.

If there was ill meaning content in the actual battle itself that directly pointed out anything of the sort. We'd talk, however this is literally a bunch of humans who saw black fictional characters tied to two fictional apes and their brains put two and two together, they got mocked offended and in turn laughingly didn't notice their own internal racism at play.

If you are getting attacked, demolished both phisically and mentally, denegrated and treated like **** just for one element you have, it is discrimination.

It isn't exclusive to the race or gender.
