Would be nice to have two anticipated characters revealed in the direct. If it happens, would they be revealed back to back or at seperate points in the direct (i.e. one at the start and one in say the middle or the end)?

I would imagine they are revealed around the same time, but not entirely in reveal trailers (I.e. one is shown in a general gameplay trailer and the other afterwards in a reveal trailer)

This is, of course, assuming there is some sort of demonstration of the new characters afterward.

This is the perfect opportunity to reveal two newcomers at once in one trailer. Have newcomer fighting Mario or Samus, and have the newcomer attack from behind. Like the original Brawl trailer with Meta-knight and Pit.

I don't think that's going to happen seeing newcomers have their own trailers, unless they show a necomers trailer, then some gameplay and then another newcomer trailer. Or that gameplay could be the beginning of anothe trailer.

Well unfortunately we now know that we're only getting the release window for the game and not the concrete release date. I was honestly expecting this. We'll get the date at E3 hopefully.

The term "release window" makes me think that the game is coming out more towards the end of the year. I had hopes for a summer release date. But I guess they're quashed now. At least in my mind.
