I voted Skyloft in that being the winner that round makes me feel more qualified to judge others the way I was. That and Skyloft has some pretty neat music.

Though Arena Ferox and Pyrosphere would also be great choices imo.

An overdue congrats to @ BridgesWithTurtles , by the way! I love your list, budd. 5/8ths of my unofficial submission matched up to yours, so I can safely say I like your taste. You really did the Garden of Hope some justice!

Congrats to Bridges, dammit...I think the Pikmin 3 Title Screen kinda killed me with the way-too-peaceful ending, maybe I should've added the S.S. Drake tune as a medley :s Voted for Mario Galaxy. I could've used Twilight River too, but I hadn't gotten that far into the game when I made the list D:

I would have voted for the Reset Bomb Forest, the round I won in, but I decided to go with Super Mario 3D Land. I bet that you can get more creative with this level's music.

So glad to see that the round is officially and 100% completed, and with me as the winner, no less. Most importantly, I am happy to find that these sort of delays are under the process of being ameliorated. 2 months was too long a wait; I was on winter break when the round started, and now I'm more than halfway through the current semester. During that time, I and others in this thread have started our own contest, and in doing so, I've come to witness first-hand how demanding managing this sort of thing can be, but luckily, my enthusiasm has not been squashed, and I have only more respect for the judges here than I had before. When I put it into perspective, it seems like much more time has passed than has been the reality. I'm sure others have felt the same way, but I am grateful that everyone has been so understanding and patient all of this time. The following is a definition of the concept that I personally adhere to:

Thank you. I am a fan of your list as well. Yellow Giant obviously must be my trump card. Everyone should expect to see it on every playlist I submit from now on.

And so, once again... I failed. But I'm glad to see everything back on track after two months. You guys shouldn't be hard on Swamp. It's not his fault that he's so awesome that he became a mod and had to burden himself with the task of babysitting us ensuring that we don't break the rules.
But it's his fault I got a bad score. How could he not like Flower Garden? He's a plant for goodness sakes!

Anyway, I hope that I can be one of the judges for the bonus round, as I'm really curious about the tracks that the judges pick. Though I have to wonder what would happen if they simply chose the winning list from the round in question...

Here's my Skyloft list ready to be scrutinized by you, the contestants!

The Legend of Zelda - Main Theme [Link is to the Brawl version, but I'm not necessarily referring to that particular version.]
If Great Bay and Bridge of Eldin are any indication, it seems the stage from the more recent Zelda title at the time of each Smash release gets the honor of having this very iconic tune from the series. A new and fully orchestrated version of the theme will feel right at home on this stage with its adventurous tone, something that fits well with the open sky and the prospect of exploring the world below.

The Legend of Zelda: Skyward Sword - Skyloft
Pretty obvious choice. Like how Delfino Plaza, Norfair or Green Hill Zone had their original themes, it makes sense for this stage to have its original music too.

The Legend of Zelda: Skyward Sword - Ballad of the Goddess
What could be called Skyward Sword's main theme. It also has been heard on this stage in one of the trailers, meaning it's confirmed.

The Legend of Zelda: Skyward Sword - Ghirahim Battle
An iconic tune from Skyward Sword. Intense sounding, the theme of the villain fits quite well with the gameplay. It also provides variety to the stage's music list too.

The Legend of Zelda: A Link to the Past - Kakariko Village
Skyloft is a peaceful town just like the recurring Kakariiko Village and this song is quite iconic as well, reappearing in several later titles including Ocarina of Time, Wind Waker, Four Swords Adventures and A Link Between Worlds.

The Legend of Zelda: A Link to the Past - Dark World
One of my favorite themes of the franchise. It sounds adventurous and grand, much like Zelda games themselves and also provides some contrast to the other songs on this list.

The Legend of Zelda: Ocarina of Time - Lost Woods / Saria's Song
Another well known Zelda song, this time from Ocarina of Time. You may also remember it as an alternative song for Great Bay in Melee. The song's upbeat tune and positive mood are a good fit for this stage.

The Legend of Zelda: Link's Awakening - Tal Tal Heights
An orchestrated version of this song would be excellent on this stage. Both places being high in the sky and this song, even in 8-bit greatness, captures that feeling quite well. One of my favorite songs from the franchise that feels quite adventurous just like the Main Theme and Dark World.

Wait, so how do we grade you exactly. Do we give a point value or just deduct points from certain songs/inconsistencies? Anyways, The Lost Woods/Saria's Song is out of place to me personally especially with the prescence of an Ocarina of Time based stage, Gerudo Valley, on the 3DS version. It would make more sense on Gerudo Valley due to the origin of the song being the same basis as the stage (both from Ocarina of Time). Everything else looks great though for the most part.
