I get your point, but in their defense, I know of mods who have blatantly insulted and condescended people simply for disagreeing with them, when the post wasn't even addressed to the mod.

I don't think it has been decided yet. It will probably be a similar process to the way they decide for the other BRs (I personally don't know about those, sorry).
