Better than not being able to play it at all I suppose. Hopefully they send this game overseas. They should realize the money pile they might be standing on. Tekken sells well. And we know for a fact Pokemon is one of the biggest cash cows in the video game industry.

What a ****ing waste of my time. I've been waiting for this for months, and they make it a ****ing arcade game?

I can't wait to hear the reasoning behind it.

I'm amazed at all the people here and elsewhere that think this is going to be arcade exclusive. Does no one follow fighting games? Like half of all fighting games, including every Namco Bandai fighter, are announced for arcade, and then for consoles later. It's usually something that people don't even bat an eye at. And it's a freakn' Pokémon game, it's going to get the widest release possible.

Edit: And they just said on stream that it's going to be released in arcades "first".

The guy just said the game was being released in the Arcades first. Which implies it could be a console game later down the line. Similar to most of the Tekken games.

Speaking of Tekken, that one dude streaming this doesn't seem familiar with the series. Shame, Tekken is awesome.

By the sounds of it, they might be talking about Omega and Alpha now. But I don't know what they'll show, if anything at all.

Again, many fighting games are released in the Arcades first. It was even mentioned, that the game would be "Arcade first". It's happened with Street Fighter, Tekken, Soul Calibur and KOF before many times. So this could be one of those situations.

They've released the trailer in english.
Yeah... I'm pretty sure it will release internationally at some point.

Well, that was fast.

Given that the other Arcade Pokemon games didn't get English trailers, I would also have to assume that this bodes well. So we're likely to see this game sometime down the line on the Wii-U. They might release it a few years after Smash. So that their fighters aren't "competing" with one another.

Tekken games come out on arcades and then get ported to consoles after.

I'm surprised the trailer had Machamp instead of Blaziken. I guess they wanted some gen 1 in there.

They almost put a salmon as a character in Tekken 3. So it could happen.

In other news. Donald Glover is going to voice Miles Morales(one of the alternate Spider-Men)in the Ultimate Spider-Man cartoon. Which is pretty funny since so many people wanted him to play the Original Spider-Man in the reboot.


It's cool that Peter Parker will team up with Miles and Spider-Man 2099 in that show. Hopefully the writing will get better. Because the art style and animation are pretty good.

Wii U could really use a port of this Pokken game, so here's hoping.

If it's not only Fighting-types, I want Zoroark in. Smash didn't work for him, maybe Pokken will haha!
