I saw it earlier in the day in the Leaks Group threads. Then I asked someone to fetch it again for me, and they did. I don't know where the picture actually comes from, but the roster shown there is a cleaner version of the original stage select image leak.

If I had to guess, the original person took the bottom and top screens, and pasted them on a 3DS system overlay, just to show how it looks.

Even if the screens themselves are not authentic, they do match the original, actual Stage Select image leak on a 1:1 basis, so it's fair to say that by extension, this revised image is accurate.

It's also improbable that we'll be getting any more stages on the 3DS, other than the 34 shown there. There is a blank spot after the Random Icon, but that might be for Custom Stages (which you could likely turn On and Off, much as you can apparently turn the Mii Fighters On and Off on the Character Select Screen).

Finally. The reason why the Hippie theme wasn't in Brawl has been discovered. It's because the New Age Retro Hippie was cut late in development. As a joke, his files on the disc were labeled as "Mewtwo."

New theory about the leaks:

It's possible that debug codes were used to unlock all Characters, Stages, and Trophies, for the purpose of ESRB ratings.

Such bypassing might explain both the wonkiness of the CSS organization, and how the All-Star Mode menu icon is locked. They didn't unlock the All-Star Mode (or Challenges, or anything else), since these were irrelevant to the rating process. In other words, they only used debug codes to unlock what the ESRB needed to see in order to make their rating assessment (which ended up being E10+).

If this is true, then the characters and stages as seen in their select screens are the final rosters. So no Mewtwo/Ridley/Mach Rider/Dixie/Impa/Chorus Men/Ice Climbers/Lucas/Wolf and/or Snake still lurking in the shadows of unlocked-hood.
