What's wrong with stealing moves from other characters from the same series again? Half the cast already does it. Heck, one of PIKACHU'S attacks doesn't even exist in Pokemon, and I don't think it can learn Skull Bash in recent games. it exists in the TCG though.

They would have to be; they represent the Rhythm Heaven franchise. A big part of that is the minigames, and Chorus Kids can easily use items and attacks inspired by the games. Game & Watch and Pac-Man come to mind.

They use attacks based off of games in the series or from the company they originated from. You said that Chorus Kids wouldn't work, and that you couldn't imagine them in Smash. I gave you a solid moveset that helps you picture their playability, and then you say that they would become a borrow character. Now I'm showing you that "borrowing" elements from other (mini)games is no crime.

What's your next argument?

If this doesn't scream "fun and unique" I don't know what does.

That just sounds annoying to me. I don't want to have to worry about pressing a button at a certain time just to deal some real damage. It one of the reasons I hate DK's Final Smash.

Seriously, these arguments against Chorus Kids are ridiculous. It's a matter of "I don't like them" as opposed to "they have no chance". People have deluded themselves into thinking that they have absolutely zero shot because they aren't Mewtwo, K. Rool' or Ridley.

As badly as I want Shulk, calling him a shoe-in is just incorrect. He could very well just be a trophy. Case in point; Chrom. Sure there are many things in his favor, but again, another example; Takamaru. No character is a shoe-in. Not even...SQUIDWARD'S HOUSE!

that's the thing though it's not that i don't believe i do not want them it's more of if they can make worth the use of slot? i mean there's alot other characters i could be okay with but right now chorus boys feels unsure especially since the games were decent at best to me so seeing them with maybe a weird or nothing to offer moveset would be a total waste to characters slot which could be use for like elite beat , bowser jr , or anyone else of nintendo

Kenith, you're being very respectable in this debate, but I disagree with this point.

Chorus Kids will not separate like Ice Climbers, and as a result can and probably will be programmed as one character, with the appearance of three. Programming them as separate characters is a waste of time, since they'll never take advantage of what the Ice Climbers do.

As for representing RH, I personally believe that Chorus Kids are the closest you're going to get.

Believe me, I've seen worse bias than what people throw at the chorus boys, Louie. Being a fan/expert on a lot of game franchises and how they can be expected to go in the future is not easy.

I wasn't so much talking against them as a character, as it was the moveset. While I admit, I don't really care for the Chorus Kids, I'm not going to say they should stay out simply because I might not like their moveset.

Personally, I'd like to see the Wrestler and Ringside Reporter as a tag team. That way, the Rhythm mechanic can be more easily integrated.

I was one of the people who didn't follow it closely. It just brought the character to my attention, and after my own research on them, I decided that I'd support them.

I'm not basing anything on a leak.

I would only want the chorus kids in if they put some clothes on. Imagine some seven year old playing smash as one, running across the battlefield, and their parents are watching the chorus boy "streaking" across the stage and they're like "WHAT?! What kind of morbid porn game are they playing?!?!?!"

And Krystal would be just fine....Seems legit.
