I hate this attitude that just because Chrom has blue hair and a sword he can't be unique.

You know Ike kinda happened in Brawl. The general attitude kinda pisses me off.

You know what, I'll only really be disappointed with the final roster if all the remaining veterans are cut and/or Chorus Kids are literally 3 ice climbers.
Also, if we don't get one of Mewtwo, Snake, Ridley, K. Rool. I'll be happy if even one of those are in.

To be perfectly honest, I have never played a Punch-out game before Mac was revealed. Then he was, I saw how he played, and I somewhat knew stuff about the game anyway so Doc's banter made me laugh. It triggered me to play Punch-out and it's one of my favorite classic games now (sans nostalgia effect and everything, because I only played it relatively recently), which is one reason I'm maining him.

I like every character revealed for this game. WFT made me feel guilty, Mii Fighter flipped my perspective on Miis being in the game, Pac-man is just classic, Mac is pretty awesome, Rosalina is unique, Palutena has a nice butt, etc.

Guilty of what?

I never minded the thought of Miis being in the game despite the controversy, mainly due to the possibility of customization. But when move customization was shown for EVERY character, I went "oh well" and gave up hope.

Yet they got in nonetheless, which is cool. The whole "brawler gunner swordfighter" thing was rather unexpected, though.

EDIT: I still like Mii's customization because their moves have customizations that aren't just variations of their default moves. I mean, Palutena does that too.
But you get my point.

Is Wii Fit Trainer seriously still getting hate? Jesus, if its not Ridley, Mewtwo, or K. Rool any newcomer will be shunned. I admit, nobody expected Ms. Fit, but just because she's a WTF character and that she's "wasting roster space" is pure BS (not saying anyone here said that, but I've heard a lot a bad things about her ughhh).

I can agree with you on this. She represents a new series and has a more diverse move set.

Least favorite newcomer so far are the Miis, mostly due to the way they were handled.

Being a huge Animal Crossing fan, I was overjoyed with the Villager's reveal. And Greninja instantly became my new favorite for X/Y, but to me he had a snowball's chance in hell of being playable. So it being my favorite combined with how shocked I was....Greninja's reveal was the most satisfying for me thus far.

He is heavily inspired by that hence the name Zazz and the fact that he has a New Orleans accent. So no, it's not wrong.

If it's the latter, then I totally agree. I love the Deadly Six, particularly Zor and Zeena.

The later period, since the Sonic fans hated them for being too out of place yet we have realistic humans and Eldrich Abominations in the series. Not to mention the "they have no backstory" argument, yet Sega barely talk's about Eggman or Sonic's pasts.

That's the thing I like about the **** Yeah, Controversial Characters blog on Tumblr. You mention or post a character that's either a Scrappy like Daisy or a Base Breaker like Shadow (both characters were already mentioned and defended more than once) and a person will be given the opportunity to defense them by making such reasons for their hatred irrelevant.
