A punch is a punch. It's not interesting by itself. A glove on a rope, teleportation, and the other stuff isn't that unique for Smash... Which is why Sakurai gave Mac the gimmick he has now. It's not about "Can X use it's moves in Smash?", it's "Can X use it's moves to stand out in Smash?"

Adding another PO character would be like Chrom, so he'd be totally redundant. A clone would be appropriate for what it'd bring to Smash.

So did I. I wouldn't have minded if it was a one-off thing used occassionally/ironically but not the complete 2 page garbage fest.

A lot of threads in the General Discussion seem to not have a purpose; why do they exist is beyond me.

I have been doing better in MK8, Conker Tanooki Mario, City Tripper, Slick, and the Cloud parachute are my favorite right now.

After playing it, Outlast is probably my favorite true horror game. Resident Evil isn't really horror as much as it's survival horror, Eternal Darkness is more of a phobia simulator than anything, and FNAF isn't all that good, imo.


But Outlast is definitely worth it.

Almost the entire roster in smash throws a punch and each and every one of them is unque so why cant a stylized character from Punch out not be able to use their own unique punches and special moves? And Mac's gimmick is the power meter from super punch out which non of the opponent characters have in any game.

The opponent characters of Punch out having their own style that is wildly different from Mac immediately makes them stand out.
Mac needed moves pulled out of thin air in order to stand out, so Id be very surprised if characters with a full list of unique moves had trouble standing out.

Funny Picture Thread was locked?

Now where am I gonna go/lurk to find a hub for my quick fix of dank funny smash/nintendo goodness.

(I made many pictures in photoshop for that dang thread, darn it, sad to see it go)

Sorry but the Social thread isn't a good replacement..it's just not the same.
