Fun fact: humans are deuterostomes, as opposed to protostomes. The first thing to be made from developing cells in utero is the tube that will become the connection from the mouth to the anus. In protostomes, the first thing to develop is the mouth. In deuterostomes, like people, the anus is the first to develop.




So basically if someone is born without a butt they messed up the first chance they could. Not to mention they'd likely be dead.
