It's been confirmed to go Mewtwo, Ryu, Lucas, Roy.

The reason for no Guile Theme is obviously to save it for when Guile is a playable Smash character, obviously.
though for srs this update didn't necessarily have to have every single thing, we might see Guile's theme when Royu actually comes out.

I think Ryu being 3rd party is going to be the last in the DLC row.

Someone as to do a comic of Ryu completely crazy since he is no more in a traditional fighting game. A idea for exemple:
Ryu: WAIT! Why i can't backwalk?! Why i can't do anything after my shoryuken in the air? WHY THERE IS NOTHING UNDER THE GROUND?!?!

Dreamland 64 is confirmed to be both in the 3DS and Wii U version for what i see. So yeah.
