I doubt Villager would be called Murabito in the English version.
The layout is the same (the board thing and the platform), but the game staff names go sideways.
People who have played it have confirmed last. You get a heart container before the fortress so it would make the most sense as well.
And items are included, if the indicator on the bottom is anything to go by.
It'll be playable online probably.

I hope so! I was planning to main him lol. (Speaking of him does anyone know if that will be its gender? Yes I KNOW it's technically genderless but I mean either the male voice actors from Melee and the first movie or the female one from the Genesect movie.)

How, though? The only way I can think of is on-disk DLC (or downloading it but you still have to pay for it or do 3DS connecting), which definitely wouldn't go over well.

Downloading it to your game is the best option for it. I do think it'll go well because, unlike on-disc DLC, this is content created after the game's release, it's not really coming across as money-grubby and it'll enable you to play online with the DLC stuff present from whoever has bought and is using them. Honestly, MK8 is likely going to do the same thing.

I'm not sure I see the problem. Just that people without him miss out. It's already bad enough banning Miis, there's no point adding Mewtwo or any of the others if I can't practice competitively with them.
What usually happens is they push out a patch that adds the DLC content to the game, but you need to pay in order to access it. This means you can still see people using said content online, but you wouldn't be able to use it yourself.
Stuff (DLC) that is (secretly) already on the disc and a company asks (or forces) you to pay extra to use/ activate such DLC. Street Fighter X Tekken is the best example of this. Or alot of the recent Capcom games in general really
That's not happening. They don't even have an alpha Mewtwo playable yet! The game will probably force you to update when Mewtwo arrives, and then he can be unlocked by paying there.
Despite this probably being true... how do you know that they don't have an alpha version of Mewtwo?
Content that is already on the game disc (and 100% completed) and the only way of getting that content is buying it as DLC rather than unlocking it.
Easy. If they had an alpha version of Mewtwo they would have shown him off. They only showed his 3D model and his release date in spring. If they had at least an alpha version Mewtwo would be finished in Late January. Furthermore, they just finished the development of the 3DS Version and the Wii U version. They wouldn't have had that much time to start on Mewtwo.
I wouldn't hold my breath. I would think Mewtwo and Ice Climbers might be all we get. Maybe Wolf.
