Go to eShop -> Search 'Super Smash Bros' -> Press 'Update'. It even downloads when you don't have the game yet.

There aren't any independant stores that sell new games.

Oh yes there are skaaa . A Mom and Pop shop in the Maritimes was fined out of business for selling X/Y early. There are plenty of small retailers, some also with an online shop, some without.

Granted, that's a bit vague, but more than a couple people now have made FB posts about specific supposed changes

Balance patches are a go.

Btw, when the people said the trophy descriptions are hilarious this time round, they weren't kidding. They're more creatively written than just telling ya who they are and what game they're from.

The only ones that aren't funny are the pokemon trophies, which are either taken from Pokedex entries or describe how they work as pokeball items.

There's also the All-Star trophies, which I think act as little tips on how each character's movesets work. For example, the Link Alt. trophy talks about how lethal his down-air and his side smash. They're not THAT informative, but maybe some other alt. character trophies will provide more insight.

My favorite atm is the Thwomp trophy.

Eh, I hope this doesn't go on for too long, I like feel like I'm playing a finished game. That's why I haven't touched Project M yet, and probably won't until they're finally happy with the game balance.
