Hmm, a question popped in my head. Since some of us shared our favorite 3DS games earlier, what about the previous generation? What's your top favorite DS games? I'll share mine first, I guess, but I won't rank them since I'll have to think thoroughly.

• New Super Mario Bros. - First traditional Mario game I completed several times.
• Legend of Zelda: Spirit Tracks - Criminally underrated for a Zelda game. I find it alot more identifiable and enjoyable than Phantom Hourglass, aka. Wind Waker 2.
• Phoenix Wright Trilogy - Fantastic stories and characters.
• Pokemon Platinum - Favorite pokemon generation, and where I played competitive pokemon the most, before I burnt out.
• The World Ends With You - It was hard to get into at first, but it grew on me quickly. Lot of replay value and I love the art style.
• Ghost Trick: Phantom Detective - From the creators of Phoenix Wright, it had a different kind of story and interactive gameplay I enjoyed. The best part was the lively animation.

This one is more difficult. I own more DS-games and I don't like some of them.

1. The World Ends With You - Hard to get into at first indeed, but such a fantastic game when you're used to the controls. IMO the best game I've ever played.
2. Pokémon Black 2 - The generation that re-kindled my love for this franchise again. I prefer 2 over 1. Also lots of great post-game content.
3. Mario Kart DS - DS-nostalgia. I was blown away the first time I booted my DS and this game was in it.
4. Professor Layton and the Curious Village - Back when ridiculous but fun plot twist weren't the standard (because there was only one game yet).
5. Advance Wars: Dual Strike or Mario & Luigi: Bowser's Inside Story. I can't choose.

All the tracks from uprising i think were rearranged, listen to he Reset bomb forest theme.

This is the exact same arrangement, it just has some slight differences on the instrument's volumes.

The game labels it as the original version.

Wrath of the Reset Bomb is remixed, though. It's done by the same composer as the original version, Yuzo Koshiro, so it sounds very similar to the original.

They sounded identical to me.

There's some slight differences in the instruments' volumes. The most noticeable one is a bell-like sound being louder on the Smash version. The electric guitar and/or bass seem a bit less pronounced.

The main instrument is still the acoustic guitar (the main reason this song is so awesome) and there are parts where there's no difference whatsoever.

Aboard the Space Pirateship and Wrath of The Reset Bomb are rearranged, Dark Pit's theme is slightly different, and the other songs remain the same.

In regards to Ice Climbers, I think that there was not much time spent figuring out how to make them work on 3DS. As such, if it is a possibility, they could be DLC together since they have a lot more time.

I also would've rather have chapter 11's land battle music to have been in, then the Chapter 12 air battle music.

My favourate DS games were the M&L games and Pokemon. I didn't play much else. (Oh yeah, and Ace Attorney. And Layton.)


Probably my favourate one of all time for DS is Pokemon Mystery Dungeon Explorers of Sky. Best pokemon game to date.

I prefer the main Dark Pit's Theme. It suits a fast paced fight better than the aerial version.

The aerial version actually suits Smash Run better since it lasts for exactly 5 minutes. What's the time limit for Smash Run? 5 minutes. Same goes for the original Wrath of the Reset Bomb song, which to be frank is kind of a bad choice given it was composed specifically to match that aerial battle's events, something that is lost in Smash. Dark Pit's aerial theme doesn't have that and is still used in certain ground sections (multiplayer when one angel is fighting, for example). Still feels redundant, anyway.

I wonder what will be the song selection for Palutena's Temple on the Wii U version. Dark Pit's Theme and Boss Battle 1 are good choices for its My Music playlist. It will also likely have some remixes of songs from the NES game too, like Skyworld in Brawl.

He loves the animatronics like a family and eats pizza every night with them, always putting some onions on top of them for his own extra flavor.
