That's personally how I feel, mainly since you can't down-throw into a down-smash anymore, which was my main form of attack with him. His recovery seems nerfed too.

Ness is MUCH better. I really think he can be a contender. Heck, I even used him a bunch vs the CPU's. That's saying something.
Kirby might be weaker I'm not sure, but his down-throw isn't as effective.
Falcon pretty much seems unchanged, I fight vs him a bunch and didn't notice many differences. His punch might, MIGHT, be faster. I'm not sure.

Every time someone mentions Phineas and Ferb, I get angry since they copy that dance from Johnny Bravo.
I'm not sure about the Dr. Dre thing but Dr. Mario really feels like he did in melee. Which is AWESOME!@
