Ah, I've heard Maui's really nice. I think I'd prefer to go there than the Big Island. Kauai's not that developed (which I loved), but it's not like you're alone 24/7. There's still a lot of things to do, but there's some great options if you want some relaxing time, like driving by the country side is very nice.
Want to hear something funny? We went to a luau, and in the middle of the stage there was a theatrical performance going on. So a bunch of people were dressed up and dancing. I read the program, and the lead dancer/actor was from the same city (Montreal) as my mother, and went to the same university. Small world, huh?

I had the weirdest nightmare. I was eating raw sweet potatoes ( I hate sweet potatoes) with Sakurai. Then I asked him "Why do you dislike the competitive community, especially melee?"

The driving I remember in Maui the most were the road to hana
Most of the drive was nice, and there were a bunch of attractions and stands to stop by
Then you get to the second half of the road, the way back
and it's one lane wide, but actually 2 lanes of traffic. The local drivers are insane, and it's right next to a very large cliff

Well, I know there were a bunch of crazy drivers that just zip by on the dirt roads in Kauai lol. Gotta watch out for the chickens/roosters though, those birds are literally everywhere. I have to admit, it was pretty fun waking up to the cries of roosters.

I had all my wisdom teeth removed at the same time
and they couldn't pull them out, they had to break them into pieces and remove the pieces
It was extremely painful and I was conscious through 2 of them

That reminded me when I removed....believe it or not: a milk tooth; instead of falling off it got stuck in my mouth because the opposite site of the tooth took a Hook-like form, I had to pull it with pincers, it was so bloody and metal

Ouch. I cant imagine this being done without local anaesthetic. Then again they did have to cut my flesh a bit too, so yea.

I had so much blood coming from my mouth I had to have a rag in it for a day or so
I didn't realize this at first because I was barely conscious for a while
At one point I was given something to drink and I thought it was soda because of the feeling I had in my mouth
It was not soda, it was not carbonated at all
The feeling was pain and the taste was my own blood

The most painful experience of my life, was amputating my left big toe. Then a couple of days later, I stubbed my left foot against the side of my coffee table. Guess what? The place that I stubbed was the bandage of my amputated left toe. Now it was infected, so there was a lot of blood and ****. And I mean a lot.
But a root canal and giving birth is high up there.
