At least you get yours sooner than my parents do. The only positive side about them getting theirs on the 3rd is that Smash comes out that day.

So. Where are you now?

I beat the game 2 days ago and I'm writing a very long review on it due to the hate this game got.

Because some said it's not a Paper Mario game while it is clearly one. It's clear for me that it's not different enough to not feel like a game from the series.

Just to summarize, love it even if TTYD is still my best by far, some points in spm were equal or better than TTYD while some part was not TTYD level of awesomeness, but just enough to be great. I mean TTYD has the overall good points while spm has most of the game being good points and others were just enough to be ok and a small minority being somewhat decreasing quality.

But so far, the only major annoyance I got was every boss. Way too easy.

Text is a lot more centered and so, is impressing on some part (ch1 boss, ch 3 boss and ch 7-3 mini boss proving a theory I had a long time ago).

Music has some very good tracks. I'm addicted to memory 1 and floro sapiens cavern. Love the underchomp battle for a an obvious reason.

Graphics is almost the same = great.

The plot, genius because of its flow, not the plot itself. That plot is actually what makes this game almost impossible to not beat since it teases you so much.

Mechanics, you know and it hasn't changed.

Real time is not bad with platforming, but real time itself may have not been a good idea. It's because both genre can be merged nicely and you only need brisges like flipping and the score. The whole gameplay is centered on bridging those 2 genre together so close that it makes one and only. So, it's not JUST RPG, but it is an RPG in part. Rest is platforming.

Sonic 'OC' characters should be illegal due to the auti.... cringeworthy fanfic stories behind them.

EDIT: Everything Sonic says is what goes through my head every time i see 'OC' characters.

Seeing as how I'm the the guy who makes fun of his fave band, it'll most likely be me.

And thus why I love Sonic for Hire (since that Sonic has the same voice actor as the one in the series) so much since this Sonic is a legit smartass unlike the real Sonic.

It has great music, like all other generations.

My favorite is 4th generation, specifically Platinum. And an honourable mention to Battle Revolution. (The game was mediocre, but the soundtrack is surprisingly decent.)

Seeing that sadly fake alt for Lucina reminds me, there should REALLY be DLC costumes.
Some ideas:

- Ocarina of Time costumes for Link, Zelda, Ganondorf, and Sheik (Link has the FD alt in this set)

- Chrom for Ike, A yukata for Lucina, and Morgan for Robin

- Starfox 64 costumes (polygons and all) for Fox, Falco, and maybe Wolf

- Aran Ryan or Don Flamenco alts for Little Mac, and SNES Punch Out designs

- Impa skin for Sheik

- Proto Man for Mega Man, Mrs. Pac-Man for Pac-Man

- Fusion Suit for Samus

- Dry Bowser for Bowser, Daisy for Peach

- Galacta Knight for Meta Knight, Masked Dedede, Prince Fluff for Kirby

- Raichu for Pikachu

Nothing really. Just a photo surfaced of somebody holding a packaged copy of SSB3DS in front of a stock of 3DS games. We believe he might just be an employee telling us they have the copies in stock. We don't know if the guy actually bought or sold it.
