In Ubers, yes, Blaziken checks Lucario. With it having Speed Boost at any time, be it non-Mega Evolution or Mega Evolved.

Physical walls + anything that can outspeed while killing Mega Lucario (Choice Scarf attackers usually) are easy counters to Mega Lucario. Mega Lucario can be really easily dealt with if you're prepared.
