So yeah MM3D, the Moonfall guys will be vey happy indeed. Xenoblade footage makes it look absolutely awesome, just want that release date damn it! The spinner looks amazing for HW, annoyed that there's still no update on the TP DLC. Mario Kart's on the other hand is astounding. How they can give us all this goodness for less than £8 is beyond me. It also got me interested in a few titles I wasn't before, Kirby Rainbow Curse looks like a lot of fun, and Codename S.T.E.A.M is definitely one to look out for. Splatoon's new single player mode looks good, I'll be using it a lot lol, I'm glad it has one and it almost looks like an entirely new game, given the differences to the Multi-player mode. And yes, that Duck Hunt reveal was well worth the wait. Great trailer with loads of fun moments that showcase how good of a newcomer he is. Overall? I loved that direct and I eagerly await most of the retail games they showed off.

So if Smashboards closes down for no apparent reason we know who to blame.

And I was right. No Smash news besides Duck Hunt Duo's trailer.

Krystal DLC my ass. Not even the upcoming Star Fox game was mentioned.

Interested in Majora's Mask 3D. I always had the feeling it would happen with Ocarina of Time 3D being a thing.

Also, Xenoblade Chronicles X keeps striking my fancy. Persona Q seems interesting, but I never played a game from that series before... Might be giving it a try... Maybe.

And still no mention of Shin Megami Tensei X Fire Emblem whatsoever...

Splatoon looks incredibly unique for a Nintendo IP. Gets my seal of approval for its originality and looks quite fun to play as well.

Still not that interested in the Pokémon Ruby/Sapphire remakes, even though they look polished and completely redone. A remake done right, indeed.

And those were my impressions of this Nintendo Direct.

I was stoked! Here were my favorite things to see:

• Majora's Mask 3D reveal - and the moon stalking Iwata in the corner.
• Mario Kart 8 DLC - everything looks luscious and amazing.
• DHD trailer was fun.
• The Pikmin Short Videos! I love the Pikmin series, so this is probably niche to most of you.
• Captain Toad: Treasure Tracker looks like a refreshing change of gameplay for a Mario game, and very creative.

Me too. Really can't understand the problem with why they can't just say "SMT x FE is still in development. Here is a quick 30 seconds vid showing you the title screen" or something. They will need to say something sooner rather than later.
