That shovel knight amiibo is super fake. Amiibos are never production ready at character release and definitely not before character release.

Based on the logo in the upper-left of the box, the amiibo is from a new Shovel Knight line, not the Smash Bros. line.

I agree that indie games with an 8-bit style are way too common, but Shovel Knight does it extremely well.
