Before, I only had passes from taking my 3DS to the university.

Or unforeseen glitches.

Hand-held Mega Man games though? It just feels like a foolish choice. It's somewhat more understandable if it was a delayed Wii U port, but the 3DS is a popular console.

Also, they're NES games. In this day and age, it's hard to believe it would require more than 4 months to fix bugs.
