Nice. Hard to believe it's been 2 years, so I've pretty much adapted and gotten used to G+ by now. But I guess for those who still haven't, or prefer the old style, this is good news. Not sure myself if I'll make the change.
And no, I've never heard of it. Haven't seen one mention of it anywhere, also thanks to the fact they haven't implemented it yet.
