I will say Ganondorf but that's just me. He hit hard on most of his attack. The only thing you don't want to do is to go too far off the stage. But excepteted that. I think he is a good character for Classic mode. (Also his Up-Smash wreck Master Hand and Crazy Hand. I can confirm.)
