I joined a skype group the other day, the moderator flipped his because I was spamming for talking like a civilized person.

My Sister in law called me because they needed help to carry some bags of cement, so I went to my brother's house to help carry them from a truck to the backyard (like 8-10 meters of distance between those places). My big bro and I carried 20 bags of concrete together (each bag has a weight of 50 kg = 110.4 lb).

So instead of doing some fitness biking I carried a total of 1000 Kg = 2208 Lb

Luckily my back is fine, but Im really tired
