Maybe the car has a limited AI in it that can discern the goal of its rider and begin moving towards it. In the case of coins (which have no will) it defaults to "move to mario to attempt an attack"

I'm guessing it just assumes that if anything besides Mario is on it then it'll attempt to hone in on Mario since they probably intended everything in clown cars to do so. The coin thing was probably not intentional though, lol.

I suppose that' why Mario is able to use them even when he had never used them before. (In NSMBW)

Also, @aldelaro5 , I can't post pictures of the level right now, but in the Bitlands level, in the area with the Thunder Rage, I replaced it with a Pikachu Mystery Mushroom. And in the area that normally has the Magikoopa Card, I put a box with a magikoopa in it.
The sub-area of the Bitlands is literally 1-2, just like SPM, and the Warp Zone Pipes lead to their respective areas.
If I had the Peach Amiibo, I would have put it in the level near the tall pipe that you can only reach with her, but sadly, I don't have that amiibo.

I made sure to put a bush in the background near the beginning of the level, because Barry hides in a bush at the beginning.

Well in that sense I guess Bowser made it so that it automatically homes in on Mario?
But since Mario knows the ins and outs of Bowser's designs(else how do you explain Mario Maker in an in-universe perspective), he manages to reverse-engineer it to be controlled.
Either that or it has two options, i.e. being controlled and auto-homing in on Mario(an autopilot so to speak), all the enemies use the auto-homing function whereas Mario and SMW Bowser and the Koopalings use the standard control option.

Once the "These supplies will arrive the next day!" Message shows up, just litter the screen with blocks.

Just absolutely COVER it with blocks, and eventually, you'll hear a truck sound. Then, a message will show up saying something along the lines of, "The supplies arrived earlier than we thought!"

After that, before you can get the next shipment of items, you have to first, use all the new items they gave you (Until all the red exclamation marks are gone). Then, you have to mess around in the stage builder until the next "The supplies will arrive the next day" Message shows up. Then, you repeat the process.

What else would you expect from something that is "Perfect". It'll make Arceus look like a Bidoof.

Also, it design has a red arm and blue arm. If I had to guess, it probably absorbs the other two legendaries. Sort of like Kyurem, but using both of its counterparts.

These new Zygarde forms... I don't know what to make of them. They feel so random and underwhelming. Apparently it can shift forms but still retains it's Dragon type? What significance is there in it being a Dragon type?

And what? Dog form? Snake form? Blob form? Perfect form, where it suddenly looks like some weird Paladin tank? With a tail?! What? What?

I don't think I like Zygarde. When I look at it now, everything about it feels off the wall and non-sensical.

To anyone who dislikes the new Zygarde forms: let me explain something to you.

I'll agree with the Perfect form. That Transformer design is really bad, IMO. The cell is pretty cute- BUT...

This is a Dragon Doberman wearing a scarf.

That's all you need to know. And if you still hate it-

Leave this realm for all eternity and never come back.

I'm not even kidding- this is my favorite Pokemon form ever.
