Good luck, because scalpers also can see the passage of fate it seemsXenoblade Amiibos would be fantastic. I would pre-order all of them just to make sure scalpers can't beat me to the punch.
Then we must slay them all!Good luck, because scalpers also can see the passage of fate it seems
I must say your signature GIF is very fitting for your post. Then we must slay them all!
Best Focus Spirit attack in the game. No ifs, ands, or buts about it.I must say your signature GIF is very fitting for your post.
Twili Midna's comes close. Because of feels ;_;Best Focus Spirit attack in the game. No ifs, ands, or buts about it.
I... Actually haven't used Twili Midna yet. The only DLC character I've used is Young Link. I'll have to look her Focus Spirit attack up real quick.Twili Midna's comes close. Because of feels ;_;
If I recall correctly (which I may not)...I... Actually haven't used Twili Midna yet. The only DLC character I've used is Young Link. I'll have to look her Focus Spirit attack up real quick.
Edit: She breaks reality with her tear... Not bad.
That is correct, my good man.If I recall correctly (which I may not)...
... that's how she breaks the mirror creating the portal to the Twilight Realm at the end of the game.
Especially if its a masterpiece & a behemoth of game like Xenoblade, the feeling you have when beating it is a different form of satifiscation imoI finished Mechonis Core and fought the Telethia at Colony 6. Is it safe to say I'm very close to the end of the game? I've been doing quests since apparently this next part of the game is tough. I'm at level 72, for what it's worth.
I've been spending a ridiculous amount of time trying to get everyone to max affinity with Melia. The poor girl's mother died, people hate her because she's 'half-breed', her 'mother' tried to kill her, her father was killed before her eyes, Fiora stole any chance of romance, her brother became a suicide bombing dragon, and almost everyone she knows has become an abomination - the least I can give her is the gift of friendship.
I'd like to take this moment to say that Dunban clearly has terrible taste in friends. First Mumkhar, now Diсkson - what an awful judge of character.
It's odd thinking that this is it, the end is near (of the game, obviously). I've spent a month on this thing! What am I going to do with my life now? On the other hand, I really need to finish this game so I can get on with my life. It's not like I can never come back to it; if new game+ is a thing, then that means that at least some of the work I did won't be in vain. Finishing a new game for the first time is always just the teensiest bit bittersweet.
Ah... Shulk's off stage gamehow fun shulk was offstage.

I came across a Fox that did nothing but spam his Blaster and smash attacks... and he won because he Footstooled Jumped me on my first stock. Just... wow. That's enough For Glory for one night.
Went on. First match against Lucina. They used Shield Breaker 90% of the time. I lost.

I remember someone saying on here that a developer said that Dunban was the most likely to get cheated on.
Read their shieldbreakers, and return them their favour by countering their ****.That's enough For Glory for one night.

I've gotta find some local people to play with because this lag is just dumb.
On a sidenote, 50% of the time I misread the current thread title as having the words "For booty".
I am really thankful that he did an LP of this game.Congrats to Chuggaconroy for finishing his almost two year long lets play of Xenoblade.
Regardless what people may think (of his delivery or his fans) he really did his best to expose the best parts of the game. And even things i did not know existed.
I went back on FG and battled someone like this. I also lost. It's hard to time and punish when they're rolling around at the speed of sound. Just difficult to time punishes when they're near you for so short a time, plus lag.I once fought a Sonic player who did almost nothing but spam the Spin Dash. He/she even attempted to recover with the move (as opposed to Sonic's up + B) on several occasions, but it was no use.
Yeah, I was reading them fine. Every time I saw it coming. Just with the lag, I kept waltzing into them. My short hop nairs went flying over their head, attempts to dodge were delayed and counters came out late. I feel terrible for losing to such a terrible Lucina player...Read their shieldbreakers, and return them their favour by countering their ****.
... or wait, doesn't shield monado support the shield strength as well?
Edit: I know it's easy to just say that... In the real world it's never so easy q.q
That Nopon's actually the true final boss. What happens at the end of the game is Shulk tosses the Monado to Dunban so he can use Monado Heal to fix his right arm, and then that Nopon shows up claiming how nobody ever went there, and proceeds to do a fusion with Metal Face to become Metalpon. Cue Melia and Reyn using some magically tough action to stall long enough for Dunban to regain the use of his right arm, allowing him to control the world with his awesomeness.Teleported to the Bionis Interior and saw that one Nopon near the geyser. hearing his stock dialogue about how nobody ever goes there when Telethia and Seluas are right in front of him is hilarious. What a boss.
All the time...Since I'm here, what's a good time to use Monado Jump. That is the art I used the least due to the risks.
I don't know. The added damage you get from it makes activating it risky. I also don't feel in control in Jump, especially with how high Shulk jumps. Speed makes me feel in better control and allows me to keep up the flow of the battle. All the time...
It was a joke. I use it mostly for offstage purposes so whenever you knock someone off activate it immediately, if you get knocked off activate it as soon as possible. If you're dealing with peach or someone else annoyingly jumpy like that, then keeping it on allot of the match helps.I don't know. The added damage you get from it makes activating it risky. I also don't feel in control in Jump, especially with how high Shulk jumps. Speed makes me feel in better control and allows me to keep up the flow of the battle.
This might be impractical since I'm a scrub, but I use it to run away from my opponent when shield runs out. You're honestly better off using Speed though.Since I'm here, what's a good time to use Monado Jump. That is the art I used the least due to the risks.

OKAY BUT SERIOUSLY.
WHY DID SHULK NOT FIX DUNBAN'S ARM.
OR BRING MELIA'S FAMILY BACK TO LIFE.
"What I... No, what WE wish for is... A world with no gods!"
"Actually, Shulk, as long as you're doing the whole 'god' thing, I'd like to wish for a world in which my entire species hasn't been transformed into murderous flying things..."
"I could go for one in which my arm worked..."
"Riki would like to be out of debt!"
"I kindof want a human body without needing some ridiculous short story from a Japanese art book to explain it."
"I'd like my dead fiance back."
"I'm uh... I actually got it pretty good. You do you, Shulk."
"Okay, so what I, no, what WE wish for is... A world with no gods, Dunban's right arm working, the High Entia back to normal, Fiora's body back, Gadolt back alive, and Riki you pay off your own damn debt that one's on you. Good? Good."
*Insert Beyond the Sky here*
But doing things like that completely goes against his wish. Shulk wanted a world without gods. Not one where everyone's aaking for favors from the all-powerful genie.
So, finished the story with Chuggaa's LP. The ending...it was perfect, and Beyond the Sky is definitely my favorite track of the game, and this game beats out Mother 3 as my favorite RPG ever (sorry Mother 3, you're still a close second). It's too freaking good, i love it.
Also, i love how they wait until the VERY END of the game to reveal the plotline about Earth being the original universe lol. That basically confirmed that this is not gonna be Mira lol, unless Earth got re-created as a different world and not just the world where Bionis and Mechonis once stood.
And Fiora becoming homs again came from no where. Good thing i read the short story, lol.
