Snake = Very Nice Indeed.

Snake looks like a very balanced Character accually, maybe a rival to Mario..? You ask why, but it the trailer we've seen alot of Snake, everything except his Special Moves, or anything that uses an Item. (Besides the Gernade in Sky World.) So he will still be very versatile.

His Up B looks like it will work alot like Peaches Umbrella, but turning in it would be a thought to think. Then his Over B looks amazing. Easilly PWNZ Ness's pathetic PK Thunder. The Gernade looks really interesting, accept if you press BACKWARDS to do a very light throw, does that mean you can't around after you pull out the pin...?

His Smashers are the most interesting of them all. His Up Smash must be loved by Youko, as Youko loved Ivysaur's Bullet Seed, and this seems to have similiar Priorities. Down Smash could be like a Motion Senser Bomb that hides undergound, I mean, if it just exploads Snake would take damage too, and that can't happen... can it?

The music was a nice piece of work also! It was a great piece by a great 3rd Party... I never heard the original though, so I can't enjoy it as much as most of you... can you play the original in the podcast Youko?

but now that Snake was announced, i don't know if the title should be "Online". i think this week beats the spot for "Best Week Ever"

Anyways "Snaking" seeing as it refers to the technique used in Mario kart... in 1. Wi-Fi and it also refers to 2. Snake.

Actually, I have a feeling that the Motion Sensing Bomb is his Down Special. I mean, if he plants a Motion Sensing Bomb in the ground, waiting for someone to step on it, then I can't imagine that being a Smash...

On the subject of the new song, I loved it too. But, to tell you the truth, I've never heard it either...I've never played any of the MGS games.....well, not yet, anyways...

Hm, ya know I don't think I've posted in this thread before, but I have been following the Podcast and just want Youko to know he is teh coolness.

It's going to probably next to impossible to get the original arrangement of this song, as awesome as it is. And don't feel bad if you haven't heard it before.

...I don't know how much you all follow OTHER video game news, but Metal Gear Solid 4 hasn't even released yet. Not even until 2008. So sorry, I don't think I'll be able to get a song from a soundtrack from a game that's not even out...


Anyhow, yes, mp3 are much-preferred by myself and the community so we get to hear other voices besides mine!

Which brings me to a Special Little Section I'd think would work well. Quote of the Week. At the end of the cast, before the Shoutout Youko chooses his favorite quote he saw this week on all of SmashBoards, or in his thread. It can be a serious quote, or a funny one, but I think it would be a nice waste of 30 seconds. Youko has good taste^^

I really think this thread should just be for PODbasy related things. I mean, why have the OMG thread if this one is just going to be used for the same thing? I think we should "REALLY" stick to it.

The big updates, as I beat the dead horse, are obviously Snake and Wi-Fi, followed y the lesser priority Subspace enemies - which some look like your generic Kirby enemies, with no surprise there -, and the lesser priority Piplup and the Golden Hammer bringing up the rear. But what I'm most concerned with now is what will be taking the place of 'Who's In' and 'Show Yourself' instead of priority in the podcast. While I may have ulterior reasons for my quandary, being the fact I submitted a section to replace one myself, I'm pretty interested in what else the Smash Community has thought of to replace the two segments - goodness knows I don't want the podcast any shorter - I want it longer, actually, since it's always been a good listen and something to look forwards too, especially during the dismal weekend of absolutely no updates from Sakurai himself.

Also, Youko, whether you read my suggestion yet or not, I'd like to add to the point that I would be the willing person with no life. Seriously, I have the time, just not the mic. But I got away around that without any assistance from anyone else.
