Downloading new episodes, heard episode 25 all-in-one (4 HOURS?, ****), it was very good.
Tomorrow (or should I say Today?) I will finnaly be able to catch up to forum stuff and the new podcasts and actually hang out in the forums once again, plus I'll be able to check all those thousands of replies in the threads I am subscribed in (0.o')

Just started listening to these podcasts, have to say they're both amusing and a good listen for info on Brawl. The last cast was definately tangent-filled though, as you all mentioned. Regardless though, much wub for the show me your news.
Also, First post, hooray! Ended up on this board from a buddy pointing me at Gimpyfish's E-For-All post, and spiraled from there into his brawl-talk and Show Me Your News segment.

i listen to all the eps of smyn but i dont replay about any of them but i have to say the last 15 min of eps 25 were the best i've heard of the show thus far. A no none since, no tangent, pure intelligent conversation of brawl. It was refreshing to hear and most useful smyn segment i have ever heard.
tangents are the best part though. I honestly never thought i'd see the day when an SMYN fan was AGAINST tangents.
I know it goes without saying, but don't listen to him guys(Panda). Tangent all you want...in fact, tangent MORE. People listen not only for information, but for entertainment. And your tangents are always very entertaining.

I personally do not enjoy these 4 hour podcasts very much. I like to have a podcast I can easily listen to in one sitting. I have to share the computer between my sisters, so I usually only get like 2 hour time periods when I'm home. Also, I like to mull over everything I heard after the podcast is done, not to mention write a review. Once I hit the 3 hour mark I don't really remember ANYTHING from the first 2 hours.
I mean, I'll keep listening and everything because I'm such an awesome fan (/flex), but yeh.

Well, the first one was not meant to be digested in a single sitting. And this week is a special one as well. Just wait until the Pandacasts are done :D
And I'm fairly surprised nobody commented on the title. I made it up myself, too. I was gonna change it for part 2, but I didn't have time to think of a new one :/
Also, I'm moving back to my dorm now, so I have NO idea when/if part 3 will be released today.

Great podcast because it was so fun. Also, I think King Dedede was a shoe in for Brawl. I'm still mad at Sariku for taking the credit when he first announced him as unlikely in the early podcasts. Gimpyfish is going to like King Dedede since he's a heavyweight, but then again, he doesn't seem to have any good special ranged moves. Never mind that last comment.

I really love Gimpy's competitive viewpoints, but darnit, you've made me totally reconsider maining Meta-Knight in Brawl. I'm a Ganondorf main in Melee, and I'm beginning to think it'd be just too large of a jump... maybe I should give Ike some thought? :-)

ok, so i just listened to mondays podcast. when you were talking about learning from anime, do you mean anime thats in japanese with the subtitles at the bottom? if so, where did you ever see anime in japanese(well, besides japan...)
