I respect you for your skill but I do not respect you for the way you are behaving currently.
Frankly, you shouldn't be looking down on the brawl community considering there are many members of reputable worth who show what the game is capable.
It is insulting to them and frankly, I do not believe you would agree to how the SF community looks down on the smash community.

Melee is an entirely different game you have entirely different mechanics, entirely different character gameplay.
You are attempting to implement your own mindset in a community that cannot run with it because we truly have to deal with a completely different game.

I am disappointed that you cannot post seriously because of how you feel towards the smash community.
If you do choose to participate in the discussion seriously I will be more than welcome.

Until then, post elsewhere because it helps end the discussion more quickly when people take things seriously.

Anyone with half a brain can watch those matches and see how poorly he was playing.


M2K stopped focusing on Melee when Brawl came out. If he hadn't, he'd still be dominating the scene and it would've taken him a set or two to figure you out just like he did with everyone else.

Youre only better than M2K now because he's out of practice. That's the only reason and you know it. Its really the only viable explanation for why you hate Brawl so much that you need to come whine to us about it.



EDIT: If MK is banned, all those gay spammy, chaingrabby characters that run rampant will be balanced out by the non-gay, non-spammy characters that counter them. Marth counters Falco, etc.

He still shouldn't be banned though.

Fun is subjective. Falcon and Ganondorf are the most fun for me over MK.

I find Link and Ganondorf more fun than Falco in melee.

Which is why you enter the tournament, even though it is very possible to get friendlies done against other players at the tournament.
No one ever goes to a tournamet saying, THIS IS GONNA BE FUN, I AM THE BEST, SCREW THE MONEY.

Tournaments are only capable of working because of the promise of a reward.
Even if you do not do it for money, most people there will.
Many wil go to learn and know they wont win the money, but those people whom they lose to are winning to gain that reward.

There is no such thing as a community being completely competitive and NOT want t wi money.

@m2k: yes people whine but we dont care for whining. Just address what is being said. you have tons of knowledge, why not help prove people that MK isnt breaking the game? how does MK stop camping? The threat of an MK popping out will stop my opponent from camping me when I use Falcon? MK himself can stop the campin cause of his abilities, he doesn't stop the other characters from doing it against other characters.

Though most likely I misinterpreted so can you clarify?

i'm pretty sure mango would be top 10 at brawl if he played the game seriously for a few months even this late into the metagame

brawl is not a very hard game to play and figure out

the reason I like metaknight is because he is a DEEP character where there is a lot more stuff to do than other characters.... comparatively

honestly the game just doesn't compare to melee

but it's still pretty fun

IT'S BEST ON WEIRD STAGES THOUGH WITH ITEMS AND SMASH BALLS AND ASSIST TROPHIES

and all 4 players being metaknight

edit - One time in 2007 Chu stalled a match to 999% wobbling my marth with ICs

i lost 2 matches by wobbling to 999% while BOTH matches I hadn't lost a stock
