Should Lucario talk like he did in Brawl?

Lucario should talk because it's cool and he is one of the few Pokemon that have talked before.

I want his Brawl japanese voice, its much cooler.

Well, he talks still, only this time they got his original english, and frankly better voice. Almost like they did that as a response to the odd Goku demand for Smash.

in brawl the voice was way too deep and he sounded constipated.

brawl japanese lucario was hot though.

Japanese voice actor is the same for Brawl and Smash 4. Japan is pretty good about keeping the same voice actor for a given character.
