Hi, our group is working on a business plan project and I'm looking to get some responses for a survey we made up. The product is, of course, hypothetical. The survey won't take long, maybe 3 minutes at max.

I really appreciate the help.

A brief description of product:

It's a heating pad that is installed on the side of the windshield on the inside that is retractable and be pulled across to heat up the screen - preventing frost from forming. The power source will be from an outlet or car battery.

  1. Does it snow where you live?
If no, you can continue if you want. Or else, you can end here actually.
  2. What gender are you? Male / Female
  3. Do you own/use a vehicle?
  4. Should you use this product, how long would you leave it on?
  5. Would you consider buying the product described above?
  6. If yes, how much would you be willing to pay (including installation costs)
Please post which currency you're using too.

If there are any questions, I'll reply to them as fast as possible.

I doubt Smashboards will be a good audience for this survey, because a lot of users here are either not old enough for a car, or simply don't have/use one. The survey seems a bit useless if you don't have one.

Oh I know, but we're just looking for any kind of information. We're not basing our entire statistics around the survey, it's just nice to have a little extra bit of data.

I added an extra question to the OP to comply with the "portability" issue.

As like any other electronics, leaving it overnight via car battery will drain it.

5) If I own a car, then perhaps.
6) No more than $100 (goes without saying it's in U.S. currency).
