Shine Up Smash

[Ballistics]

In the heat of intense falco pressure I accidentally shine - upsmashed a captain falcon before he flew away from my shine. Anyone else experienced this wonderful feeling?

yeah you can jc a shine to pretty much any move if your fingers are fast enough, but not much reason to go shine to upsmash w/falco though everything has a time and place. a lot more useful for fox

Sion JC usmashed me out of shield, in a tourney set once. >.> I think I was trying to shine him so I was holding down when his shine hit.

I did this on my friends Ganon, it was Shine>Usmash>Shine>Bair :D

It's at about 36 seconds, I just watched it and actually he powersheilds my shine, but i get the Usmash>Shine>Bair off. Still good? ;]

I was screwing around in training mode, and found that Falco can actually legitimately combo shine to up-smash, but only without DI, and at low-ish percents on spacies.

Shine --> JC *charge* up-smash

if you do it at around 20% you can even combo out of the up-smash. I'm gonna try this in friendlies lol

I did mine at high percent on captain falcon to kill him, cool to know about the spacies tho!

the person you are shining. say you shine a fox and he CCs the shine, then you upsmash

I want to clarify the OP by mentioning that the shine upsmash I am talking about is one hit right after the other because you jump cancel upsmash out of the shine, that sounds like it would work tho kason

and yeah i think it does work cause shine -> shorthop out, dair works when a fox CC's the shine i believe.
and it is so sexy
