How do you do it?

Method #:

1: Shield -> C-stick up -> Down+B

2: Shield -> D-stick up -> Down+B

3: Shield -> Y/X -> Down+B

Which way is best?

None. Everything is based on preference and how comfortable you are.

I personally use method #1.

I use method 2 for Falco, and method 3 for fox. It helps me keep the timing correct by having a different combination for each.

i just do #3. practice multishines, and just do one in your shield.

When you do a shine outta shield, is it supposed to be an aerial shine? or is down-b supposed to be hit during the 4-5 frames it takes Falco to leave the ground for a jump, making a ground shine?

can sum1 help me with shine oos...like i can shine oos and not leave the floor bout half the time but when i try to wavedash out of the shine he either airdodges or he doesnt do anything....with shining oos is the more lag frames than usual or sumthing...or do i just suck that much lol

depends on if you want to jump or wavedash after the shine. If you want to jump, do it in the air, so you can double jump really quickly (don't have to wait for your ground jump), if you want to wavedash out, you'll need to do it on the ground, otherwise you can't wavedash it lol.

nope, you're probably just doing it too hyper or too slow. There is more lag if you hit someone vs if you didn't though.
