I might as well point out I do not nor will I ever have the talent mathos has, so dont give any example of him.

For this post im trying to find a good balance, I would love some tips on the do's and donts of SHFFL.

Thanks, Mr.K

i love just spamming lasers. for awhile all i did was camp, and laser -> grab. people would get soooo pissed too. even if your opponent knows that you spam... you can just short hop around the stage and just watch them try to power shield. lol XD and if you know how to use lasers well, they can be really helpful in teams.

I didn't really get the point of the thread. I'm assuming the answer is yes.. as long as your opponent doesn't react in order to adapt to your shffles it's one of Falco's fastest options and as a result you should be using that most of the time. However I really can't get if you're speaking of particular situations such as approachs or just in general

Yeah, there aren't many other possabilities with falco, shflling the the fastest way to attack for him. Yes, it is the best way to attack, although attacking too much could be bad so...

Yes, I guess, but not in the way you meant.

Even though its very specific,
oh and yes shffling is very good with falco,
but back to what i was saying, even in very competitive matches, doing simple redudant things such as shffl spamming Nair can be a very good good pressuring tactic, many times if you do it right and annoying enough with(sometimes without) a combination of lasers your opponet will turtle up and panic (if only for a fourth of a second), this can let you grab, Dtilt, yadadadada. Sometimes you can get off dumb combos such as a repetitive Dair.
Anyway I find it very helpful.

SHFFLing is a must if your extremely technical with falco for starting great combos as long as you know what your doing.

u shouldnt shffl too much because u can just easily be fullhopped dair/nair'd.

but shffling is good still. learn to DI while shffling.
DIing backwards while pillaring can be helpful for chasing DI

Learn to time your aerials right. spamming them does nothing for your gameplay. You might get a few free hits.

But wheres the style in that? :p

If spamming works on your opponent, use it. Abuse your tactics until your opponenet learns how to counter them.
