I've been playing sheik since this game came out and she seems to be solid at everything.....except killing. Am i missing something here? What move/setups do you use to get kills and at what percents do you use them?

Our consensus is that fishing (lol, Bouncing Fish) for kills does not work effectively. Keep up the pressure and keep your eyes open for Bouncing Fish opportunities for the kill. Up B, believe it or not, is VERY powerful and is a very nice option. Be aware of it and use it to catch reckless opponents (or noobs) who like to roll into/through you.

you can tilt and throw into kills depending on VI as well. ftilt into uair, fthrow and dthrow into uair.

Also baiting air dodges and punishing those air dodges with uair is solid.

Bair can kill in the high hundreds as well so look for oppertunities to punish hard with bair when your kill combos aren't working anymore.

IMO your best bet is learning habits and figuring out how you can punish them. "When ever I do X he does Y" How can I punish Y. When I get close he rolls. When I get close he jumps. when I ftilt his sheild max range he grabs. Even GREAT habits can become a liability for your opponent if you are playing to win.
For example. Whenever my opponent is going to land I throw needles to cover their landing. My sparing partner Simon figured that out and started to punish my very safe option with bouncing fish. Recognized my habit (and a very "good one" IMO) working around it and figuing out a solid punish for it net him a bunch of kills before I adapted to it.

Something that should not go unnoticed are kill setups into Bouncing Fish. They are much more reliable than simply going for BF outright.

Examples:

1. Needles into BF on a recovering opponent. (especially if you catch their jump with the needles)

2. Falling weak n-air into BF (true combo at high percents while little to no rage is in effect). Keep in mind that the higher their percentage, the farther you can extend BF to follow up.

3. Falling weak b-air into BF. (See 2.)

I'm pretty sure that isn't a true combo.
It is. The real question can it be done in killing percents if your opponent isn't VI stupid. You can go into training mode right now, set a level 9 Dedede to 130% and still get bouncing fish to connect with a jump, sometimes even without jumping. Obviously this would almost never happen in a real match at such a high percent but technically it is a combo.
