Glad to see another photographer! Thought I was on my own there for a minute. I shoot with a D80 and my macro lens of choice is the Nikkor 105mm f/2.8G VR. Absolutely love it.

I really like the water lily/lotus picture that you have; the yellow really complements the purple hues. It also makes me think of a flame or a torch. It has a wonderful composition and is very pleasing to the eye. Beautiful piece.

Oh small world! :] I love my Nikkor 105mm as well :] Cept I shoot with a D70s, but it more than suits my needs :]

I was alone as a photographer on the boards for quite a while ;P

Nice pics there you have, you nail your self-portraits down really well. I'm terrible at self–portraits :-\

Also I'm too jealous your from Australia, I'd be out photographing the wildlife all day long but instead its becoming cold and windy here
