Hmm...its kinda obvious that you have a rather large Trick/Taunt weakness. Crobat counters the majority of your team with the simple move taunt and also has the advantage of being immune to poison. I suggest that you remove either Tentacruel, Spirtomb, and/or Skaramory for different pokemon. I assume Tentacruel is your rapid spinner, and you might be able to replace him with Starmie. Spirtomb, I guess, is your Spinblocker/Sleep Absorber? You might want to change him to something else, maybe a CMismagius or something like that. Skaramory is your spiker and whirlwinder i guess, and since no other pokemon has both of those moves (barring Smeagle) you might want to drop him for a more offensively orientated pokemon. Lucario, Tyrannitar, Metagross, and Scizor all jump to mind because of their SandStorm immunity. Hoped that helped lol

I have proof that you are weak to taunt. Remember my gliscor Vs. All of your walls.

For the most part, my advice would be to get a couple more offensive minded pokes on your team. Throw in taunt and a couple lum berries and you got yourself a stick situation. Most good teams only have one or two walls, so try and focus on having a strong offence rather then a strong defence. I also notice most of your pokes don't have any good attacks. Your goal should be that, no matter what your team is thrown in to, you have something that both resists and counters. I think Roy's suggestions work well here.

You mean the other common thing on my team?

Usually anything that has a variety if attacks can switch in really well (another reason you should have a sweeper); you just have to sacrifice them later on. You could also just have a trick person yourself so that they can trick them and have them return the favor.

from experience, I would not use shuckle, I still don't know why people use blissey so much I always OHKO or2HKO her.
