I don't think anyone in SA has NTSC-U (I have NTSC-J....somewhere), so yer, PAL is shìt for music hax.

I have a friend who is borrowing my NTSC-U copy + a freeloader for about a year now.

If you're going to add music via a editing software then yep I'll just leave out the audio cables in the capture card (which will mean no SFX though). Or is there an option to turn music off in the game?

There's an option to turn music off in the game, both Brawl and Melee.

We were either going to have "all" borderline stages or none, we decided on none.
"Rudder camping + water camping" added Pirate Ship to borderline.

Regardless, this list is final now, it'll be used for SG, Valhalla and Reloaded.
