Russian Roulette: A RANDOM Doubles Tourney (Round 2 has begun!)

UPDATE (1/26): Round 2 has been posted, check the bottom of this post for further details. I apologize for the relative lack of color scheme, but I'm a bit rushed at the moment.

Update: The Teams and Matches have been Posted. Please contact your teammates and your opponents. The Deadline will be officially announced when we have a full 16 players.

RUSSIAN ROULETTE

Welcome to a Doubles Tourney where every round is a risk.

PLEASE NOTE THAT ALL TEAMS SHALL BE RANDOM!

This will be a Doubles Tourney where your luck and your skill are both tested.

~This shall be a 16-man doubles tournament (single elimination). There will be a subs list.

~The settings will be 3-stock, items set to off and none, Team Attack ON. ALL CHARACTERS ARE LEGAL, 8 Minute Time Limit.

~Best 2 out of 3. The first round will be on a mutually agreed neutral stage. The team that lost the previous round counterpicks the stage and may change characters. The winning team keeps the same characters as they had the previous round.

~Meta-Knight's Infinite Dimensional Cape Glitch is Banned. All Infinites are Legal.

~The first round deadline will be the weekend after the roster has been filled, the second round will be the weekend after that, and so on. The round will end Sunday at Midnight EST.

~Before each round the teams will be randomly put together (haven't decided how yet), and matchups will also randomly be put together shortly afterward. I'm making the rounds so long in order that partners will be able to figure out which characters they want to use and perhaps get some practice in before they actually play the match.

~No johns about matchups or teams. This tourney is random, in signing up you understand the risks of getting unlucky.

~There are no inherent requirements for joining, but if I hear from a member of a team that you are not responding to their communications I will send a PM and give you 24 hours for you to make yourself available, otherwise you will be replaced. If this is within 2 days of the deadline of the next round I will only give 12 hours. If you will be away for whatever reason PLEASE CONTACT MYSELF AND YOUR TEAMMATE.
