'Round The Region Tournament

Rules​

~Each round, a region will be announced. Participants' teams must consist of Pokemon from said region only. Just because it's possible to catch a Marill in Hoenn does not mean you are allowed to use one in Round 3.
~The rounds will be associated as such--Round 1: Kanto. Round 2: Johto. Round 3: Hoenn. Etc. etc. Should an excess of rounds occur, the list will be recycled.
~In any round, the following Pokemon are banned: Mewtwo, Lugia, Ho-Oh, Blaziken, Groudon, Kyogre, Rayquaza, Deoxys-N/A, Garchomp, Dialga, Palkia, Giratina formes, Shaymin-Sky, Manaphy, Arceus, Zekrom, Reshiram.
~In any round, the following abilities are banned: Moody, Swift Swim (in the presence of Drizzle Politoed).
~In any round, the following items are banned: Soul Dew, Brightpowder, Lax Incense.
~In any round, Double Team and Minimize are banned.
~Each round will last 5 days (120 hours). If a match set has not been played, the two players will be smitten by the wrath of Arceus given an extended grace period of 48 hours to complete their matches once.
~In the event of a grace period, any brackets that can proceed will continue as such, with the extra two days as a bonus for completing their set on time.
~Please use standard clauses (sleep clause, evasion clause, etc. etc.). Timed clause is optional. You will be playing on Smogon University's Pokemon Online server anyways.
~All rounds are played best two out of three. Save your logs and PM them to me if I ask for them.
~There are no more rules.

Smogon runs by that setlist of banned Pokemon.

If you're using Pokemon Online's Teambuilder, illegal combinations should already be defined.

only problem is I (and probably most others) don't know the rules of VGC well enough to enter a tournament in VGC format, and we are too lazy to schedule meeting times with two different people per round.
