And he never said anything about cuts, if he did then we wouldn't have Toon Link.
The fact that he was a clone just in Melee isn't really HIS fault, do you really believe they couldn't give him this time around a different moveset or luigify him just because he was a clone before? Well, in that case Ganondorf would be in a serious trouble if he wasn't so important for The Legend of Zelda.
The fact that he's the main villain of Nintendo's third biggest series practically confirms him. Not to mention he's a two time vet, which makes it even more unlikely he would get cut.
I think you should add another Black Knight. He's important enough to get 9 reps.
