If that's the logic, then Mario and Luigi should team like they do in Super Mario 3D World and the Mario and Luigi series, Link and Zelda should team because they worked so well in Ocarina of Time and Twilight Princess, and freaking all the Pokémon Trainer's Pokémon should be out for a Triple Battle teaming together.

Wouldn't be worth it if you had non gamer guest over... and got every Humble Android Bundle?

My dad used to work at a computer processing/hard drive company, and he told me how the hard drive and computer industry is moving away from RAM and GPU processing about 5 years ago. It's been a slow transition, but it is one that is probably inevitable since it is cheaper and more effective.

Also, expect our traditional hard drives to be gone within the next 2 decades.

Oh, and before we get off-topic, this kind of transition does effect the game, and thus the roster. I imagine Namco Bandai isn't too used to this technology, but once they do, it will make development easier. Actually I've heard it said once people know how to make games for such an interface that game development will actually be easier, quicker, and cheaper, which benefits all parties involved in gaming.

That means that if things potentially "click," we could get more than ever before. That thus means a bigger roster if not this time around then next time around!!!

I know exactly what you mean, all the stuff hes been showing is pokemon related, like the way people are attacking eachother or something. Its definitely not a coincidence, unless were REALLY thinking about it too much

I added Dr. Kawashima, because Sakurai wants characters none of us has seen before, he might be referring to characters like Wii Fit Trainer and Villager, which honestly normally Smash would add characters from adventure games, RPG, and platforming. The fact that Brain Age is a popular Nintendo series just like Animal Crossing and Wii Fit makes it seem more obvious to add Dr. Kawashima.

I'm sorry, but is there a source suggesting that he has said that before? Because I don't remember such a thing ever being stated.

Now I'm kinda worried that there won't be a signficant reveal tomorrow since Pokemon X/Y is out on Saturday. Though some places of the world are releasing it tomorrow.

Still... If there IS a Pokemon reveal, I still believe it's going to be P.T.

He is, after all, a MAIN character. And outside the initial trailer, we haven't been given a sidekick/villain/supporting character BEFORE the main character. (Luigi is arguably more of a main character than Peach, for example)

But maybe I´m also looking too much into this. It's not THE best of theories, but it's something to go by, I guess.

The thing with that is that while PT is the main character, he's among a cast of very popular characters whereas Olimar, Toon Link, Peach, Luigi (who's has his shining moments) and Sonic are the main characters, the most well known in their series/games and the only ones who could be revealed outside of newcomers. Pokémon has four good candidates in PT, Mewtwo, Lucario and Jigglypuff so PT isn't the only one who could be revealed in this circumstance unlike the others.
